CANCELLATION POLICY
š·ššššš š¹ššššš šš We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or failure to appear for your appointment will result in being charge 100% of the fee for the service(s) you had booked. ššš® šš¤ š¬š ššš«š š©šššØ š„š¤š”ššš®? We are a service based business. We only get paid for services rendered. When you have an appointment on our schedule, that is time we have blocked for you and no one else is able to schedule with us. When you do not give us enough notice of cancellation or rescheduling, we lose the opportunity to earn an income. I allow a grace period of up to 7 mins from the start of your appointment time you must call if you know you will be coming in past the grace period. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled this will be determined on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
